At Beunique Life, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original, undamaged packaging
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@beunique.life with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued either:
- Back to your original payment method, or
- As store credit
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@beunique.life so we can make it right.
